Filth is the nom de guerre of designer and artist Lucas Irwin. Best known for his work in the sub-culture of designer vinyl toys, Irwin has brought his unique design sensibility to toy creations by Kid Robot, Toy2R, Thunderdog Studios, and Toy Qube. He is also is also an accomplished print designer, artist and father. Heavily influenced by the urban landscape, architecture, heavy machinery, instruction manuals, schematics, graffiti, art, and pop culture, Irwin builds complex images by simultaneously weaving together and ripping apart these references and influences. Irwin’s work has been exhibited across the United States, the United Kingdom and Japan.
